It's pool Season!
A 2026 pool pass is needed for anyone using the pool who is 5 years of age or older. Remember, your account balance must be current to use the pool.Â

Labor Day Trash & Recycling
Trash will NOT be picked up on Labor Day. It will be collected on Tuesday, September 8th.
Recycling will slide one day and will be collected on Wednesday, September 9th.
Park Overlook Safety Committee
As a safety precaution, the Safety Committee would like to remind residents to keep their outside lights on for visibility and safety purposes.
In addition, the Board of Directors would like to direct residents to the Montgomery County Fire Marshal at the Office of the Fire Marshal, Code Compliance (240) 777-2457 or via MC311 regarding questions concerning outdoor grilling or other fire devices.
